Payment and billing
Card, invoices, and plan changes, all in one secure place.
Update your card, view past invoices, or change your subscription through your secure Stripe customer portal. If you are on free beta access, there is no billing to manage yet.
Cancel subscription
Cancellation happens in the secure Stripe portal. Your access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and your classes and student work are preserved. On free beta access there is nothing to cancel.

Is FIX it! aligned to the STAAR ECR rubric?
Yes, every tool uses the verbatim TEA rubric language from the Fall 2022 rubrics and the released scoring guides. The on-prompt check anchors directly to the rubric’s score-point language. See our methodology for the full mapping.
How is student data protected?
FIX it! is FERPA-compliant. Student work is encrypted at rest, never used to train any model, and is accessible only to the teacher who owns the assignment. Students sign in to an assignment with a one-time class code and an animal identifier; no email or personally identifiable info required.
Can I import students from Google Classroom or Clever?
Direct rostering is on the roadmap for our V1 release. During beta, you can add students manually or by CSV upload from the Classes page.
What happens to my classes if I link my PROVE it! account?
Your class rosters merge: each student exists once across both products, and updates in one show up in the other. You can unlink at any time from Linked accounts.
Does the on-prompt check replace teacher feedback?
Not at all. The on-prompt check is a pre-draft signal; it predicts whether a student’s thesis is going to fall into the off-task zero pattern that costs Texas students an estimated 1-in-3 ECR score. The actual scoring happens with you. FIX it! gives you better starting material to teach from.
